Eros — EDT

(Versace)

Spicy, minty (light). Very, very mild dry-down, floral, similar to all the other fresh scents; I did not get any sweetness. Great fragrance.

1

Bleu de Chanel — EDP

(Chanel)

People are back and forth on whether the EDT is better or not. Very floral, seems more sophisticated than other fresh fragrances.

Rating: 0

Cost: $96 / 50ml

2

Atlantis — EDP

(Blu Atlas)

One spray lasts 8+ hours. Synthetic but very good scent! Dry-down has typical floral notes, a bit sharper than other fresh fragrances, but also has a hint of sweetness. Hated in the fragrance community because of how it was marketed on TikTok and by all the top fragrance reviewers, but, honestly, I really like this one. Very similar to Acqua Di Gio Absolu but definitely more potent.

4

Luna Rossa Ocean — EDT

Super mild, fresh, similar dry-down to Atlantis. Smells like a generic cologne- this might be due to the powdery note. Pass.

Boss Bottled #6 — EDT

Sweet, vanilla, white chocolate, edible scent. Not for summer. Very interesting smell, it’s like you can taste it.

Rating: 0

Cost: $53 / 100ml

8

Santal 33 — EDP

(Le Labo)

Lasts 8+ hours, be careful not to overspray. Smells very salty, woody, mossy. For the dry-down, I mostly get a salty smell, kind of like a beach, all the other smells are very mild. Unique scent. After giving it another try, the drydown is just dominated by the salt smell and lasts a really long time; definitely get fatigued by it.

Aventus — EDP

(Creed)

Sharply floral, very fresh date night fragrance. I don’t get any sweetness at all. Similar to other fresh fragrances; might not be worth the price; should try the clone Armaf Club De Nuit Intense Man. Really good, doesn’t smell like a cheap fresh fragrance. The dry-down is very nice.

Gentleman Reserve Privee — EDP

Warm cinnamon cedar. Dry-down is mildly sweet vanilla. The iris adds a very subtle extra layer of complexity; suave. Very good!! Might be better than Replica Jazz Club.

15

Replica Jazz Club — EDT

Warm vanilla, caramel, whiskey with a hint of mint. It’s not overwhelmingly sweet- you get more of a vanilla note than a pure sweetness note. Pretty strong, don’t overspray. Wow! Really good!!

Cost: $85 / 30ml

16

Eternity For Men — EDT

(Calvin Klein)

Very balanced, medium floral, light citrus. Might be seen as old-fashioned. I like this one, but I don’t think it has the wow factor and might be outdated. Might be slightly headache inducing for me; I’ll have to give it another try.

Rating: 0

Rating: 0

Nautica Voyage — EDT

Cool, out-of-the-shower watermelon and cucumber. The chemicals used are nuclear- super long lasting and maintain the watermelon/cucumber scent through the dry-down. This fragrance got me a little dizzy. Very good scent.

Rating: 0

Cost: $20 / 100ml

28

Pour Homme — EDT

31

Silver Mountain Water — EDP

Rating: 0

Cost: $345 / 50ml

32

Acqua Di Gio Profondo — EDP

(Giorgio Armani)

Synthetic, strong fresh spicy. The drydown becomes sweet after a few hours. It's decent, but I think it's outclassed by Sauvage, Bleu de Chanel, Atlantis, etc. Pass.

Rating: 0

Cost: $86 / 40ml

33

Naxos — EDP

Cinnamon, tobacco scent with a hint of honey. I don't get any sweetness in the drydown- it's mostly just smokey cinnamom. Very long lasting. Interesting, growing on me; very luxurious.

Rating: 0

Cost: $245 / 100ml

34

Comandante — EDP

(Xerjoff)

Drydown is powdery, metallic, salty; the other notes are very subtle; long lasting. Don't get any sweetness at all. Unique but strange scent. Very heavy on the tobacco. Luxurious, really growing on me.

Rating: 0

Cost: $180 / 50ml

35

Green Irish Tweed — EDP

Unique very green opening. Drydown degrades to a typical barbershop scent. Unimpressive.

Rating: 0

36

Acqua Di Gio Absolu — EDP

(Giorgio Armani)

Synthetic but pleasant; the first hour has a bit of a synthetic sour smell. I think I like this the most of all the Acqua Di Gio variants. Lasts very long- 8+ hours. Can wear this year round.

Rating: 0

Cost: $126 / 75ml

37

Aoud Lemon Mint — EDP

Gourmand that smells like butter cake. Very slight lemon scent, lasts a long time. The oud is very mellow and well-blended with everything else. Unique scent, I don't see myself getting tired of this, good!

Rating: 7

Noble Cavale — P

Interesting scent, I like the basil. The longevity and sillage seems almost nonexistent :(

Rating: 0

Cost: $280 / 100ml

42

Nuage Noir — P

(Loumari)

Long-lasting leather scent; it almost smells almondy, but it's not sweet. Not for me. Yea, definitely not for me.

Rating: 0

Cost: $280 / 100ml

43

Saja — P

(Loumari)

The opening is very sharp and spicy. But this only lasts about 30 minutes, and then it dries down to a mildly sweet oud. Very high quality oud; doesn't smell sour. Drydown seems to be more of a skin scent; barely any sillage. Seems like a Middle-Eastern scent. I actually like this one. It's unique and somewhat pleasant.

Rating: 0

Cost: $280 / 100ml

44

Almeria — P

(Loumari)

Unique- the almond, rose, cinnamon, and tobacco combination is very good. Not powdery or fruity sweetness. Mildly gourmand, but not boring like the popular heavy cinnamon fragrances. The drydown is meh; I would rather just wear Xerjoff Comandante. I kinda got tired of the drydown. The opening scent is really good and lasts about two hours, but it disappears into the drydown.

Interlude Man — EDP

Strong pepper oud opening, but that goes away pretty quickly. The drydown is heavily earthy, slightly smokey, hint of fruit. Don't really get any leather or animalic scent. Very good!!

Rating: 0

Cost: $360 / 100ml

49

Jubilation XXV — EDP

(Amouage)

Honey cedar scent; don't get nose blind- I keep smelling this all day long. Lasts 6 hours. Decent projectivity; don’t overspray; doesn't seem overwhelming. Very good!!

Rating: 0

50

Memoir Man — EDP

(Amouage)

The best mint basil fragrance I've tried. It leans more barbershop, but it doesn't have any of the citruses. This is definitely unique. The problem with this type of fragrance is that the best part is the top notes, but those go away in less than an hour. Can't really get any longevity with the mint basil combo. Way too expensive :(

52

Straight to Heaven — EDP

Woodsy, but really light- can barely smell it. Either I'm getting nose blind, or this has basically no projection or sillage.

Rating: 0

Cost: $290 / 50ml

53

Angels' Share — EDP

(Kilian)

Boozy, caramel gourmand. Absolutely lives up to the hype. Drydown maintains the caramel scent, doesn't degrade to cinnamon. Longevity is 8+ hours. Decent projection, not a skin scent.

Rating: 0

Cost: $245 / 50ml

54

Carnal Flower — EDP

(Frederic Malle)

Smells straight up like dandelion (it's actually a white flower called tuberose). Poor projection, needs more sprays. Niche smell, definitly not mainstream. Very good. Get fatigued of this after a few hours.

Rating: 0

Cost: $295 / 50ml

55

Musc Ravageur — EDP

Pleasant opening. Dries down to almost nothing; after a while can only smell the cinnamon and vanilla combination. Doesn't seem like anything special compared to all the other cinnammon scents. Might be better with more sprays.

More Than Words — EDP

(Xerjoff)

Good rose-oud opening. The fruity scent is very subtle but blends well with the fragrance as a whole; seems to be cherry. Becomes a skin scent after an hour, I don't seem to be getting the projection that is dominant in the reviews. The oud is smooth and not animalic; doesnt' seem as suave as Loumari, but still very good. Lourmari Saja is a Middle-Eastern rose oud; this is definitely a more mainstream rose oud fragrance. I see myself wearing this instead of Saja; Saja is very oud forward; this seems more balanced.

Rating: 8

Cost: $205 / 50ml

62

40 Knots — EDP

(Xerjoff)

Creamy, spicy cedar. Has a hint of salt; seems like a much better version of Santal 33. I like this one; it's the best version of a cedar scent that I've tried.

Rating: 0

Cost: $205 / 50ml

63

Torino21 — EDP

(Xerjoff)

Very good lemon, mint, basil combination. Longevity is great; lasts all day. Sillage doesn’t seem overwhelming, but it's not a skin scent. Falls into the barbershop cologne category.

Very fruity- watermelon bubblegum sweet. The sweetness is not overpowering; the fruity note is stronger than the sweetness note. Lasts a long time and has decent sillage; don’t overspray! I like this a lot more than the other sweet fruity fragrances I’ve tried.

Stronger With You — EDT

(Giorgio Armani)

Starts off slightly sour synthetic cinnamon, but that goes away in the drydown. Drydown begins after about one hour, becomes mostly a slightly aromatic vanilla. Doesn't seem to have any projection; basically becomes a skin scent in drydown. It's not terrible, but I think there are better versions of this.

Rating: 5

Cost: $80 / 100ml

70

Sedley — EDP

(Parfums de Marly)

Lemony soapy scent; citrus opening lasts for about an hour then disappears in drydown. This is one of the best citrus green scents I've tried, but I just don't like this scent profile. Gives me a bit of a headache. Seems like a good quality fragrance, but this type of fragrance doesn't work with me. I would rather wear other fragrances instead of this one.

Rating: 5

Cost: $240 / 75ml

71

Polo Blue — EDT

76

Sauvage Elixir — P

(Dior)

Straight up smells like Creed Aventus with a hint of warm spices. The scent lasts long into the drydown, still going strong after 12 hours; can become tired of it after a while. The warm spices turn into a skin scent, while the sharp floral/citrus maintains decent projection. Does not smell like synthetic cinnamon. Good fragrance, lives up to the hype.

Rating: 0

Cost: $180 / 60ml

77

Light Blue Eau Intense — EDP

78

Touch for Men — EDT

Decent shower scent; very mild spice combined with mild soapy smell. Not overly spicey/green like a barbershop scent. Doesn't have a strong synthetic smell and doesn't seem overpowering. For what this is, it's a very simple, pleasant scent.

81

Le Beau Le Parfum — EDP

Boozy, apple cinnamon fragrance. It's a fizzy cinnamon; unique and really good. You don't get blasted with cinnamon like all the other warm spicy fragrances. Good longevity; lasts most of the day; I don't get fatigued by the scent. The apple note comes and goes in waves. It's a sweetness that pops a little; not a heavy sweetness like caramel.

Falls into the cinnamon spicy category, but has a slight coca-cola vibe. Mild projection; longevity seems to be around 6 hours with a very mild drydown. It's interesting. Warning- the oud-incense combination has nuclear longevity- it will last on clothing for days.

Rating: 7

94

Erba Pura — EDP

(Xerjoff)

Sugary, powdery, fruity notes. The fruity notes definitely fall off into the drydown. The drydown is musk, amber, and vanilla- powdery sweetness, not clubbing sweetness. The sugaryness gets fatiguing after a few hours. It's interesting; I do like it, but wouldn't wear it all the time.

It's like a barbershop cologne with the pepper replaced with greenness. It's not terrible, but it's not my favorite.

Vibrato — EDP

(Sospiro)

Super bright ginger ale. Linear. Lasts a long time. Very good!

Dominance — EDP

(Superz)

Kinda like a mix between Creed Aventus and Dior Sauvage Elixir, with added sweetness. Seems like a worse version of Club de Nuit Intense Man.
